PM Catalyst at PM Forum, Germany
PM Catalyst partners with Germany's largest management association - GPM - for its annual PM Forum in Nuremberg.
GPM -Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagementis the largest Project Management Association in Europe, based in Germany. Every year GPM runs an international congress, called PM Forum, where hundreds of experts in strategy, risk, project and program management gather to exchange knowledge and opinions. This year, GPM partnered with PM Catalyst to run a strategy and portfolio management simulation workshop during the main program of the Congress.
Executive managers from Switzerland and Germany tested their competences and skills in runnning an innovation business strategy during 2-hour interactive session. It was followed by an open discussion on industry applications of the simulation approach in different economic sectors - from automotive to finance and retail.
