Become a Partner

EASY STEP-BY-STEP

PM Catalyst is always on a look for new professional partners and associates across the world.

1. CERTIFIED DELIVERY PARTNER

Becoming a Certified Delivery Partner is easy and low-cost, comparing to almost every other company on the market. We believe we can offer arrangements based on sustainable business success principle that may exceed your expectations. Partnership approach and trusted relationship building is the key. We do not introduce any targets during the initial year of engagement. However, we do support and assist our new partners to start off quickly. We plan together to achieve the best results and cooperate to grow our businesses. There are three principle steps to follow in order to become a partner:

  • 1. Initial contact and evaluation of win-win benefits
  • 2. License agreement, covering intellectual property rights for the products
  • 3. Train-the-Trainer & Certification session (2 or 3 days in length, depending on product)

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER & CERTIFICATION

The TTT programs typically last from 2 to 3 days, based on the formats the simulation workshops are delivered.

During the first part of TTT session the Partner trainers will:

  • Learn how to play the Simulation as participants
  • Understand game learning objectives and points, roll-out, target audience
  • Learn success and fail factors and best practice cases for each Simulation and ways in which they are integrated into the delivery
  • Receive detailed information on the program, content, facilitation, and reflection
  • Receive hands-on experience on how to set up, manage expectations, and deliver simulation
  • Learn best practices from other partners who already deliver the simulation workshop
  • Learn the best ways of using the game and incorporating in into service and training portfolio offering
  • Learn how to relate the simulation to variety of industries and verticals
  • Learn how to explain value and generate business from the product

During the second phase of the TTT session, future game leaders will use the product to a Customer audience and deliver entire Simulation or its significant part by themselves. Trainer\'s performance will be assessed by PM Catalyst certifier. Upon successful completion of the second phase, Partner trainers will become Certified Delivery Trainers for the product. The partner will be added on the PM Catalyst web-site and any Customer will be able to verify Trainer's status from PM Catalyst.

2. AUTHORIZED RESELLER PARTNER

Becoming an Authorized Reseller Partner is an alternative and virtually cost-free. Unlike CDP, this type of partnership does not require any TTT or Certification sessions. ARPs acts as our associates for their Customers and PM Catalyst commits to bring in products and Certified Trainers to deliver. With the same relationship and partner trust commitment, there are three principle steps to follow in order to become a ARP partner:

  • 1. Initial contact and evaluation of win-win benefits
  • 2. Partnership agreement, covering intellectual property rights for the products
  • 3. Orientation session (1/2 day)

Preferably, we arrange a face-to-face meeting to complete the partnership arrangement and to provide the new partner with all detailed information about each product and our Quality & Customer approach. In exceptional cases, we would consider having a teleconference orientation session with a new Partner.
